Love at First Site

First of all, this is my first attempt at creating a website. I feel this site is very informative and easy to move around in, however it currently doesn't have any fancy features. It doesn't necessarily require any, but if you have any suggestions for improving the site in any way, I am all ears (kyle@kiko13.com).

What?

This site currently contains information about volleyball, my own ranking system for College Football, and information and results for my NFL Loser Pool.

Why?

Although this site contains information about several topics, the main purpose of creating this site was to provide people with volleyball information. I constantly hear people asking where they can play in tournaments and/or leagues.

Where?

I have found that people are willing to travel for tournaments if they are worth going to and I know many players in the NY/CT area. Therefore, not only have I included tournaments for the Southeastern Pennsylvania area (which is where I live), but also for Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Virginia and Washington D.C.. I don't currently have leagues that are outside of my area, but I am willing to add them if I find there are people visiting my site from other areas (please e-mail me at vb@kiko13.com if you know of a tournament or league that you would like added to this site).

Note: I have not included any USAV tournaments since this site is mainly concerned with listing tournaments which anyone can play in without having to be registered with USAV and already be on a team within USAV. Besides, if you are on a USAV team it is likely that you are aware of the tournaments available to you.

How?

I have talked to many people in the volleyball community and searched the web to compile all of my information. Basically I have checked out the sites I knew of, then checked all of the links those sites had listed, then all of the links of those sites and so on, until I felt I covered as many links as I could. I ended up listing tournaments from approximately 20 different sites. Any site I took information from has a link to their site.

Who?
